3D BADGE
HOW THEY ARE MADE?
Our 3D Badges are produced by custom laser cutting of acrylic sheet with variable thickness depending on needs, usually glossy black or matt black.
By applying high quality double-sided tape before laser cutting, you will obtain a ready-to-use badge.
It is also possible to decorate and add color to the badges using pre-spaced stickers
(the application of the sticker on the badge will be done by us, in order to receive the finished product)
In the case of a slightly curved application surface, it will be possible to curve the badge before application by heating it and gently bending it
(for technical reasons, this is a process that the end customer must do).
